The latest IFR 6000 by Aeroflex has fused the test functions of the well known ATC-600A, ATC-601 and TCAS-201 and united them into a lightweight, single test set with a test function second to none.
The IFR 6000 presents a highly user friendly interface with the additional Transponder Modes A/C/S and DME. Also, the TCAS/TIS and ADS-B choices have been added to craft the IFR 6000 a absolute package that substitutes the ATC-600A, ATC-601 and the TCAS-201. In effect , there will be cost savings.
